Colony B

Colony B is located in the urban core of Salt Lake’s State Street Community Reinvestment Area. It comprises a range of districts and neighborhoods with differing land uses, urban design characteristics, and transportation features that perfectly match the location with the unit configuration. The project is accessible to jobs, health care, and attractive amenities – retail, restaurants, cultural, sporting, recreational, and social events.

The community includes 140 apartment homes, providing 99 restricted studios and 7 restricted one-bedrooms. The income restricted homes will be available to tenants with incomes of 25% to 50% AMI. The project will also provide 34 non-restricted apartments.
